Shipping policy

All our US-based customers are part of our 3-4 business day (not calendar day) shipping plan. If your order is confirmed prior to 2 pm EDT on a weekday, we will get the shipment out that same day.

Something to know, though, is that we are a team of humans, not robots, and we take days off too. Our logistics team works Monday-Friday, so our shipment days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We hope you understand our need to give our team holiday breaks too.

Delivery occurs through a number of carriers, such as USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. Updates can still be made to an order so long as it has not yet been picked up by one of these carriers.
